Pensions safe from creditors?

Specifically in the State of Kansas. Funds are fixed annuities and fixed indexed immune creditors?

As your question suggests, it is state specific. The best answer should include knowledge of the law of Kansas. I personally have no idea about the law KS – so I do not want an answer. I would say that all agreements with the pension wrapper is treated the same whether fixed or variable.
