Pacific Life Annuities

Need opionion about Pacific Life variable pension?

I was looking for opinions on equities. I'm 30 and long-term investing, but I read that fees can not be too many to make the tax benefits worthwhile. I have not researched or met with other companies so far but it appears that the Pacific Life is more expensive than others. Any opinions or suggestions?
