PA Inheritance Tax – Annuities passive recipients?
I am the executor of an estate in Pennsylvania. There are two annuities in the estate to beneficiaries on the list. Does anyone know if such income is taxable in PA? The links to the right information? I seem to remember hearing that are not taxable, however, I can not seem to find any supporting proof.
